Sales
It's all about creating, building and growing relationships with new and existing customers for our Sales Team.
Operating in the field or by phone, they are based at our Office
Business Development Managers work with prospects to deliver new business revenue to the group. Account Managers are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers, by ensuring revenue flow is maintained and the share of wallet increased.
Our teams of logistics specialists work directly with our customers to solve their logistics problems – searching our network for the best solutions, providing quotes and winning business. They give advice on costs, shipping, warehousing and packing, covering all of our road services.
Our dedicated customer service superstars care as much about each delivery as our customers do, proactively managing each shipment from collection to delivery and often resolving issues before end-customers even become aware.
This team helps customers with all their Air and Sea Freight requirements, providing services for importing, exporting and distribution throughout the UAE and gulf and the rest of the world Power star shipping LLC the team has rapidly grown in the past 12 months.
Working closely with our Software Engineering Team, the Product Development Team designs and delivers our range of technology solutions. Interpreting customer needs, investigating emerging trends and exploring market opportunities, the team designs new technology solutions and enhancements to our existing platform.
Working closely with the Sales and Product teams, the Onboarding Team ensures a smooth process for new customers joining the Power star shipping llc family, integrating our technology with their systems and finding answers to their logistics questions. Then, once up and running, our Customer Success team are on hand to help, tackling any challenges that arise, and giving businesses tips on how to get the most out of our services and solutions.
Our Finance Team is responsible for a wide range of day-to-day and strategic accounting activities The Finance team also creates operational and strategic performance reports, manages our VAT returns, runs the payroll for the group, and produces our monthly management accounts.
Based in our UAE office, our Marketing Team works across a broad range of online and offline communication channels, products and services, and generate leads for our Sales Team.
